This will include work on the foundation, roof and windows, additional insulation, wall decoration, etc.
What is included in the house kit:
Before producing a home kit, the client must develop a preliminary design of his future home with our architects. There is a single tariff for developing a draft project of 3.00 € / m2. Only after the project’s approval we will be able to move on to the production of home kits. As we have said, the production of the house can take up to 60 days. The complete set will include:
- Development of a draft project;
- Outside walls;
- Internal partitions;
- Mezzanine floor;
- The roof of the house;
We can deliver any home kit from SIP panels, regardless of its complexity and size, anywhere in Europe and Ukraine. Home delivery is paid separately.
What is not included in the house kit and is paid separately:
- Laying/pouring the foundation;
- Housekeeping installation services;
- Installation of windows;
- Roof installation;
- Installation of drains;
- Arrangement of a roof overhang filing;
- Installation of entrance doors;
- External insulation with foam;
- Exterior decoration of the facade with plaster.
